Return or refund policies:

 If we forget an item within your order we will mail out the missing item at our expense.

All returns must be mailed to us within 15 days of the order being received for replacement only.    If you email us we will send out a return authorization label for you otherwise you will be responsible for the return postage.  The package must be unused and packed in the original packaging. The process can take up to 30 days, excluding holidays.  Refunds are provided if we have made a mistake in your order and/or merchandise which involves but not limited to color, style, size.
